Laminating capabilities:
| We can be your contract laminator, supplying you with some of the components needed for your laminated package, or provide you with the entire composite. Our converting operation has a wide range of fabrics and films that are in-stock, and if we don't carry a particular item, we'll draw on our long established relationships with prime sources to find it. You'll be working directly with our own technical laminating staff to develop your own unique composite.

Using our production laminator, we are able to make working samples as small
as 1 square foot, and a 5 yard sample can usually be run with very little
working loss. Normally, we are able to turn a sample request around in
24-48 hours, and production orders within 5-7 days. Send us a square foot
or 5 yards and we'll support these claims.
We use both breathable and non-breathable hot melt adhesives, that are compatible with a wide range of natural and synthetic fibers. These have applications for the Medical, Sports Medicine, Apparel, Footwear, and the Injection Molded Industries.
We have the versatility and expertise to meet your laminating needs. With our state of the art laminating facility we have the ability to laminate a wide range of fabrics, foams, and films in widths up to 68", in either roll or sheet form.
We're the laminator of choice when you're looking to develop a new product or improve the one you have been running. We excel at development work. We'll work closely with you to develop an item that will meet your requirements. We're large enough to handle your volume orders but small enough to work closely with you from design to finished product.
