Polyethylene foam fabricating services for any need

Our polyethylene foam comes in a variety of densities and thickness and our polyethylene foam can be fabricated in a variety of ways to meet countless customer specifications. Our polyethylene foam fabricating services offer breathable and non-breathable fabrics to meet any need. Our polyethylene foam comes in 2-6 lb. density.

Films for breathable waterproof fabrics

We also offer polyurethane foam in a 1.5-4 lb. density and a unique patented urethane foam that’s anti-bacterial and completely breathable. Our films that create waterproof fabrics come in a variety of thicknesses and membrane ratings. We stock our own trademarked Coopertex™, DuPont Hytrel™ as well as a variety of barrier films to meet the needs of most breathable waterproofing applications.

Cooper Fabrics’ signature Coopertex™, is a film which is used to create waterproof breathable fabrics. Offered in thicknesses from 12-55µm, Coopertex™ is versatile enough to create the ideal waterproof fabrics you need. We have tested Coopertex™ using ASTM method E 96 B and have achieved MVTR ratings of 1800 to 8700 g/m²/24hours.

We also offer other barrier options for creating waterproof fabrics and waterproof breathable fabrics. DuPont Hytrel is a thermoplastic elastomer that combines the most desirable qualities of high-performance elastomers and flexible plastics. With exceptional toughness, Hytrel is an ideal film for creating waterproof fabrics which come under duress. Hytrel is a hydrophilic waterproof/breathable membrane which we offer in 1mm thicknesses. Hytrel has achieved MVTR ratings of 1800-7700 g/m²/24hours.
